Do you offer short notice collection and delivery?

Yes, subject to our daily planning and level of advance bookings we can normally accommodate short notice collections and deliveries.

Do you offer 30 days terms?

For main dealers we offer a strict 30 day payment policy, for independent and private operators and members of the public we would normally require full payment in advance of collection.

Do you offer high value car collection and delivery?

Our insurers can offer insurance up to £250000 meaning you can rest assured that your vehicle is in safe hands.

Can you offer multiple collections and deliveries?

Yes in most cases we can deliver 2 cars on our transporter/driving and return the part exchanges if required.

Do you transport outside the UK?

We currently only offer our services inside mainland UK.

What happens if the vehicle is damaged when we get to the collection point?

As part of our service, we appraise every vehicle at the point of collection and If there is something out of the ordinary then we will try to contact the buyer to inform them, we may still have to charge for aborted collection but if it saves you the cost of repair as the car was not as described then this saves you an unnecessary cost.

Do you delivery directly to the customer?

We can offer a handover service at an additional cost.

Do you offer any other services?

We offer a local breakdown service within 20 miles for anyone who has broken down, we do not offer this service for vehicles involved in an accident where the vehicle is no longer drivable as you would require a different kind of vehicle to load onto a truck.
